Easy Location opened for business on the 1st July 2003 and quickly established themselves in the town from their prominent offices in Boroughtgate, Otley.
Chris Hendy has a vast knowledge and experience within the property rental market. His experience and enthusiasm has helped drive the business through a sustained period of growth. With past experience as a sales director for a large organisation, Chris has always maintained a “our customer always come first” attitude and also firmly believes that Easy Location uses good old fashioned courtesy and common sense.
Gill Hendy moved to Easy Location early in 2008 and has been instrumental in organising the smooth running and expansion of the business. Gillian has a background in sales and client management and brings her professionalism and a great deal of enthusiasm to the team.
Donna Kurtalan an essential link in the smooth running of our busy Otley office. Her calm nature enables Donna to work through the day to day running of the office. She plays a key role in ensuring our properties are displayed on all the major website including easylocationlets.co.uk. She ensures that our landlords and tenants always kept informed on every situation regarding the property and services throughout every tenancy term.
Josh Mitchell joined the team in the summer of 2009 and quickly found his feet in this busy office. With background experience in customer services and also construction he brings good knowledge and advice to our maintenance team. He also deals with property inspections and the end of tenancy processes. Josh also conducts viewings on properties and will always try and help find a tenant their ideal home.
Sue Nadin joins the team every Thursday and Friday and provides the backbone to the value added services and also all other essential tasks needed to conduct an efficient tenancy. Sue works thoroughly to organise gas safety checks and other property related requirements with our landlords, and also works with tenants to offer new tenancy agreements or look to re-locate them in our available properties. Sue also works with Josh to carry out property inspections.
All the members of the team are multi-skilled and can easily adapt to any situation that may arise.
